I love my mesh ball. It's great fun, strangely addictive and brilliant for relieving stress. I also find it to be an effective grip exerciser/strengthener.

This product was bought for my 6 year old girl who has ADHD as a toy she could play with in the class to stop her fidgiting at story time. It was a good idea and most of the other kids in the class wanted one too as did my 2 year old, unfortunatly it was not very durable and both my kids burst their balls within a couple of days of each other and the stuff inside is like a gell unfortunatly it ruins what ever it lands on including my carpet!
