It's a balloon stuffed with flour, with two eyes and a smile painted on and a pompom glued to its head to hide where the balloon's been tied. I wasn't expecting anything extremely intricate, but a little bit more than this. Also, because it's flour (or a very flour-like substance from what I can make out) it makes a lot of noise when you squeeze it. I was hoping for something a little more squidgy inside! Although, now that I look at the product description, it does clearly state that it's 'flour-filled'! But seriously, make your own.

The only thing I'd say in its favour, the balloon seems fairly strong, by balloon standards. Although I haven't tested it.

This stress ball is good for stretching and pulling out of shape. It doesn't like long nails this ball can burst easily.

Mine now has a patch on the bottom of the ball
