I don't remember when and where I first saw strikingly beautiful cyanotypes by Anna Atkins (look her up, you won't regret it). A chance to try my hand at the technique was priceless. The process involved in using Sun Paper is very simple and painless, it doesn't involve a darkroom and chemicals, which makes it a great introduction to photography or just a fantastic plaything for children (I bought 2 sets for 10 year-old twins, but I suspect that the person who'd be playing with it would be their dad). As far as photographic creativity goes, it really got me thinking about the way to utilize Sun Paper, and that in itself was very satisfying. So far I've bought 8 sets, just ordered other two, and will be buying more - can I have a discount, please, as a loyal customer?
I am in doubt as to how to rate the durability - I mean, it's PAPER! - so I left it blank.

Both my 8 and 5 year old children loved using this paper. They had great fun hunting around the house for different shaped objects to use and loved timing the development and rinsing the paper. The finished sun prints were successful but the joy of the paper is in the process rather than the end results.

Great product. Fun activity for children of all ages.
I would like some information on how the paper works though.

Excellent fun to be had with this. Younger children will need adult help to quickly set out their shapes, but with planning this is so easy to use. The transformation from pale blue to dark in water is amazing to see. Very impressed with the outcome.
