i believe this book to be full of wisdom and helpful about James Moynahan's troubles with drpression and overcoming an alcohol addiction and for a while living close to the edge. It is also funny in parts too and very honest about his perceptions in life. And his spiritual awareness.. it's a good book and cheap ..! I'd buy it.
