Jamie McHale and Ethan Connor have hated each other as long as anyone can remember. One dark and stormy night the two men get into a violent fight that some how leaves them bound together in vampire marriage. For 1 month and 1 day they must live together and try to put a side the rage they have for one another. ( @ least they believe they have) I felt like a fly on the wall as I read this story reading each others emotions, thoughts, and struggles as they come to terms w the magical bond and their true feelings for each other. It had moments I want to shake them and yell "just tell him how you really feel" of course it just showed me how this book had me from start-finish which I couldn't put it down I finished the book in one day. I am no expert in romance but I loved this book would recommend others to read "To Hate and To Hold" by Dakota Rebel actually I plan on re reading this tonight.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Ethan Connor and Jamie McHale have been enemies for years and one night in the midst of a knock down drag out fight the two are having magic intervenes binding them together in a vampire marriage that can't be broken for a month and a day. In this vampire marriage, they are unable to be separated for long without becoming ill.
This is an endearing read that will amuse you as the two young vamps struggle with their inner turmoil and conflicting emotions about one another, while slowly figuring out that sometimes hate and love go hand in hand.

I like the ideas for a lot of these romantic m/m stories but am so often disappointed in the execution thereof. Miss Dakota kept the romance interesting, kept the story moving--very encouraging was the absence of "love-talk" that nauseates and tries-really-hard-to-be-funny but isn't. It's been several weeks, but as I recall the ending got sloppy in this regard, but it's minor by then. I enjoyed it and was very pleasantly surprised.
