This truly is a bizarre but wonderful collection of characters.
What a lot of people don't realize is that TittyBangBang is mostly written by Vic Reeves big chum Bob Mortimer under his real name Robert Renwick.
If you loved "The smell of Reeves and Mortimer" you will love this too!

This is mostly just pure silliness! But it tells a story of a variety of characters & personalities as there are some quite dark elements to it and scenes that aren't necessarily meant to be funny, and makes you think why they behave in such hillarious ways. Some of the chharacters like Maxine Bendix you feel sorry for.
I love the way some characters from multiple sketches are sometimes seen in the same scene, and the music and transitions are really cool. It does go into things that are a bit vulgar for some like the necrophilliac pathologists but I think it's well done.
It's a real shame it seems series 3 will never be released!
Buy it if you have an open mind!

I watched sketch shows such as Little Britain, Harry and Paul, The Catherine Tate Show and Smack the Pony and thought they were all hilarious. I was hoping the same would be true with show. I should have been warned off by the title, which is unsubtle to say the least. This second series starts off promisingly, and there are some funny moments. But after a few episodes it's all completely run out of steam. The half-naked middle-aged women and the woman with enlarged breasts are very visual humour, and after you've seen them once there's just nothing else to laugh at. I sat through endless Salty Tales, Tom Cruise and Rasta Fans sketches waiting for someone to do or say something funny, or at the very least justify the point of these sketches. The sketches involving the two horse-riders watching working-class men, the "I'm shy" maid and the woman who wants to get on the TV are churned out long after the joke has been flogged to death. And as for the "fat woman has done a big poo" sketch - that isn't humour, it's just purile vulgarity for the sake of it.
I'm giving this DVD two stars, as some of the characters - such as the "duck and chips" family and the urine-obsessed man - are a laugh. Also, the two leads (especially Lucy Montgomery) have a real talent for playing a wide variety of characters. They just need some half-decent writers.
