I'm starting out in MMA at the moment - I borrowed a copy of this off a friend and I gotta say I found it quite useful - the techniques were well explained however I have to agree Tito is not the most charasmatic individual (but then again how many fighters are out there that do not have "im the center of the universe" personality?). This set aint perfect but that said It's great if you are just starting out in MMA - but the Bas Rutten one is definately the best of the lot!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! This is awful. Tito should stick to the fighting and stop trying to teach!!! 100 euro for this cr*p. His weight training routine is what a beginner is showed in a gym and he has no charisma whatsoever. Had to turn it off after a half hour as I thought I was going to fall asleep with boredom. Buy Bas Rutten's DVD instead, it is so much better.
