I bought this book as part of a primary school project. It is a straight retelling of the Titanic story. I liked the clear text, (and there is a lot of it) but not the poor quality paper (it also made it very noisy when turning pages) or the smaller print size. There are no pictures in this book other than on the front cover. It might suit an older child, but they need to be a good reader as the level is not that far off 'A Night to Remember' (and covers pretty much the same ground).

We have just received this book and my daughter is very disappointed as there are NO 'underwater photos of the wreck' as written in a previous review? The book itself is good but information about photos is very misleading as there are no pictures!
