this book is fab i would always follow a recipe blindly without understand how each ingredient effected the end result it gives you advice on how to improve on cakes, brownies, cookies and more.
Now my baking has so improved and i have this book to thank for it.

It was a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be, with no lovely coloured photos, but it does give some interesting tips.
