I bought this book for relatives who are about to buy their first Fish and Chip shop and have been looking around to find the "winning formula". Its perfect for them as topics such as different batters and fish varieties as discussed. However it's also a handy guide for any lovers of this traditional take away meal, especially if you also travel and prefer to only stop off at the best around the country.

This book is about the top 100 fish and chip shops in the UK. But there are thousands and thousands of chippies and new ones are opening up. So this book is just too out of date. I am surprised it can be on here for top 100 best chippies. You won't learn much about the business here.
