This 1991 release contains most of the hits from Tina Turner between 1983 and 1991. It's disappointing however to see that some of her best video's have not been included. Instead of the great video for "Typical Male"(1986) we get a live version recorded in 1990 in Barcelona. The same goes for "We don't need another hero"(1985) which must be one of the most spectacular video's from Turner directed by George Miller...This video is still not available on any format today. If we want live versions than we will buy the excellent "Live from Barcelona" or "Wildest dreams in Amsterdam" tapes. Plus where are the hits "Two people", "Help", "Acid Queen", "Way of the world" (which was included on the US laserdisc version of Simply the best). Also we are now in the year 2000...we need an update with "I don't wanna fight", "Goldeneye", "Disco inferno", "whatever you want", "Silent wings", "Missing you", "When the heartache is over", "Something beautiful remains", "whatever you need", "Why must we wait until tonight", the never officially released video of "In your wildest dreams" and the Eros duet "Can't stop thinking of you"... Let's face it ...Simply the best of 1991 isn't Turner's "Simply the best" anymore in 2000
