I took this book on holiday. It is a selection of short stories, or life experiences written by other people in the "Self Help Book" field. Its very easy to read as all of the stories are quite short and often very moving. I enjoyed it.

An easy-to read book, collection of stories. All written in different styles, yet about the same: CHANGE. The changes that harsh circumstances brought about people's live - the positive changes.
It talks about forgiveness, serendipity, child abuse, law of attraction, miracle soul travels (my personal favorite), weight issues, confidence, curing cancer and much more. The only down side of this book is that a lot of the authors shared the negative times of their lives first, so if you get carried away - it might feel a bit heavy after a few chapters! :( I would recommend this book as an easy flowing read where lessons can be learnt on the way:) Enjoy!

This book presents a collection of inspiring extracts from various other books published by Hay House. All Hay House books are of top quality and all pertain to spirituality, self-help or personal transformation.
Some of the extracts are from books by well-known writers within the field such as Wayne Dyer, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Stuart Wilde and Gregg Braden. Others were unknown to me but I'm glad to have been introduced to them. Some offer touching stories about their pets. Among these my personal favourite is John Randolph Price's account of the death of his beloved springer spaniel who subsequently communicates to him through dreams, guiding him to contact her in her coming incarnation, also as a springer spaniel, so she could be reunited with the family.
