4.0 out of 5 stars Useful reference 24 Mar 2014
By WendyWu
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Most of this stuff you can get online but it is handy to have it in book form. There were some discrepancies with grades. I rang one University to find out why the UCAS website said that candidates had to have one science A level for their Geography BA but the Times University Guide and their own website did not mention this. After a bit of delay, the answer came back, that the UCAS website was the most up to date. Hmm. So it is worth double checking if you are not sure.

My friend bought the 2013 for her son so when this one came out I quickly bought it. It definitely helps when choosing, it lists the best university for the subject you are interested in.

Still going through the selection and application process so can't fully confirm usefulness, but so far it has been very useful at helping sift through all the information and narrow down choices.
