found it easy to install and use, but after 2 months, whilst it appeared to be working, it had in fact stopped switching on power to the immersion heater when timed to do so.. it was going through the montions, but no out put.

Bought this to have the washing machine switch on in the middle of the night and make use of the lower electricity costs.
With all the technology around you'd think the manufacturer would update the software on their kit - it's not cheap. It comes with instructions that are 20 times longer than that which comes with an iPad, is badly written and hard to follow and is a pig to programme. Why do you need programming instructions - it should just simply run you through the setup?
You'd also think at this price it would be better designed in terms of looks and the horrible type slapped on it.
Once programmed you need a magnifying glass to read if it's set to go or not.

I have only set it to turn on/off once a day- so product not thoroughly tested. Main issue was during installation: the screws provided were not long enough to go through the switch and then locate on to wall box. I had to buy some 50mm screws (depends upon design of wall-box, but given the thickness of the switch, slightly longer screws would have saved me a trip to town).
