I found this budget-priced B movie on a search of time travel movies. I was pleasantly surpised. The fighting was good, the story was thin but reasonable for this genre, and the acting, while hardly the stuff of Oscars, was also good enough to not get in the way of my enjoying the film. You should know that this movie has little to do with the earlier (and better) Van Damme film. Also, the movie was very much structured like a hong kong action movie, so if that style appeals, by all means check this one out.

I am a fan of the original time travel series but even I found part of this film over complex and differcult to follow. The idea is they go back in time and kill Hitler. Only the assignation goes wrong and was stopped by Jason Scott. However, in order stop Scott the villain then decides to kill Scott parents before they meet stopping Scott from stopping him killing Hitler.(l did warn it was complex plot) But Scot save the day and TCD( the time police) and return the present back again and changes the past back to the present. It was all
to silly. People who do not know sci-fi should not make sci-fi movies. This is one example of a film reined by someone who just did not know that they were doing. There is some good fighting scenes but overall it was not a good movie.
