I'm a big fan of James Carter's poetry books. But it's great to hear him performing his own poems. It's a great selection of some of his best - enhanced by his great delivery. The CD is great fun and ideal for playing to bored children (and adults) on long car journeys. Or short ones. If you ever get the chance to see James Carter live - do so. Or the next best thing - buy this album.
