I enjoyed this. 21 Aug 2009
Format:Audio CD
A good collection of two albums. I would like to see more of Peter Green actually playing as I think Nigel Watson may be doing most of it but perhaps this was the way Peter was working then. The band without him are very good and I think it may be his name that sells the records, which is a shame when they are so good anyway but people love to hear Peter play. This is a good album for R&B lovers but it is not the rockier Fleetwood Mac type of stuff. I think you have to look at a different sound from Peter these days which is softer and more rolling R&B sounding. It's a shame his voice has 'gone'. Perhaps it will all come back one day.

Quite surprising 7 Feb 2011
By Panhead Mike - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD|Amazon Verified Purchase
This double album far exceeded my expectations, which, honestly were not real high, knowing Peter Greens history. But both of these show real musical and lyric talent that I thought had been lost long ago. Get these and enjoy them! Nothing wierd or out of place, just good mature, yet lively bues and ballads.
