I would challenge anybody who has read other time management books only to despair of ever finding the time to put the ideas into practice, to look at this book. For a start, its a slim volume which is extremely well laid out and easy to absorb. Rather than focussing on the time you do and don't have, it gets you to quickly and simply work out what's important without all that soul searching that most other books would have you go through.
This realistic and practical approach means you get quick wins, find yourself motivated to keep working at it, easy exercises and a real driver to sorting out what is getting in the way of what you want.
And it has helped this time-challenged cynic gain the time to run a business, run after a small son and start an MBA. Well worthwhile.
