This book has revolutionised my life. The 24/7 system that Phillips describes is fantastic once you put it into action. The Prioritisation system in particular has helped me to clear my desk, clear my mind and best of all - get my life back.I do two jobs, have three children and a busy social life and it is all a lot easier to manage when you know "why". This book offers a lot more than just time management - it is an opportunity to reconsider your whole life. Take it, read it and do it - I can guarantee it'll make a big difference.

Simon Phillip's book is full of excellent tips and ideas to help you get more out of your life. I found a couple of them have really helped me leave work behind and not 'take it home'. It's extremely well written and very easy to implement all his advice. A definite read for those who struggle with today's hectic lifestyles!

I've been greatly enlightened by the different social and work stuctures discussed in this book. I've already found many areas in my life that can be changed, hopefully providing me with a quality and quantity of time with which to enjoy both at work and home. My friends and colleagues have already noticed the difference.
