I have read through the comments and i am in complete agreement in the confusion of the UK sizing system. I intended to purchase 2 pairs of the Timberland boots for my 9 and 11 year olds but I was concerned about how the sizes were displayed. There were several size 3.5. There was a 3.5 Youth, size 3.5 Kids and size 3.5 Junior. So which is it. I think to avoid confusion, alongside the UK sizes, it should also be displayed the equivalent European shoe size as it is very clear that a size 21 would be smaller than a size 28 which is also smaller than a size 38.
I hope this feedback will be taken into account by Amazon
