WOW! Dive Dive pull it off with an amazing debut album that is effortless in its winning of fans. They meet they're own demand in the first track "Put on a good show" through beautiful tight production that leaves no time for you to switch off. The first time you put on the cd and see a running time of under 40 minutes you think where's my tener gone. The answer is simple to the pockets of four geniuses, who deserve every penny.

This album incorporates elegant and effortless pacce changes that make you sit up and pay attention. A prime example of this comes as the calm last note of "Sire" (an awesome song in itself) fades to give a seconds pause before "Throw Me Off the Plane" jolts into life with a soaring moment of Mars Volta esque guitars. This is just one of many moments that exemplify the bands diverse talent, and all of it is just lifted and pushed to another level by Jamie Stuart's awesome energetic and talented singing voice.

Fans of Nine Black Alps, Mars Volta, Greenday, and others similar should dig deep in their pockets and run to to a record store to buy this as they won't be dissapointed. Basically if you want a great driving dynamic album that'll not leave your cd player then get this. You won't be dissapointed by the genius and energy of it.

Awesome 4 Aug 2005
By A Customer
Format:Audio CD
This is an album bursting with energy that calms down every now and then before jerking back off again. Every track is pure class from the angular genius of Good Show and 555 to the perfection that is the chorus of Name and Number. This is a band that really should be massive. Live they are one of the best bands I have ever seen. Id put them up there with Biffy Clyro and YCNI:M. This record is a perfect example of original and inventive post-punk/hardcore that packs a massive blow.

Don't be mis-lead 21 Dec 2005
Format:Audio CD
This is by no means a bad album but do not buy it on the understanding that it reflects either YCNI:M or Biffy Clyro. It lacks the edge and complexity of both bands. The nearest comparisant I can find is Kinesis, and although it does sound like reuben it lacks the ferosity that makes them different.
