About the Author

Pippa Funnell is the recognised champion of the eventing world. She began riding when she was very young - on a pony lent to her by a friend of her mother's. I have bought almost all the Tilly's Pony Tales books for my grandaughter as she had run out of reading material at school. As she has a pony herself she has devoured these books and now wants the last two. She has also visited the web site. She is six and a half and found them just the right level for her.

love this book! tilly and mia make a new sort of friend and meet a new pony, and the end has a surprising twist! lots of horse care advice, fun to read and a quick delivery. i'm older than the average reader of this series but i love them! i would recommend it to any pony lover, but it's good to buy the other books in the series to fully understand it but it's very easy to pick up anyway. 11/10
