Product Description

Product Description

The Eno ET-36 is a small, handy clip-on tuner for those on a budget who require a basic function tuner that provides accurate results. With an LCD display measuring just 23mm x 27mm, the ET-36 has selectable pre-set tunings for Guitar, Bass, Violin and Ukulele, as well as a Chromatic (universal) setting that picks us any note between A and G, including the sharps and flats in between. Powered by a single CR2032 watch battery, the strong spring clip attaches to the headstock of your guitar or bridge of your orchestral instrument, and picks up the vibrations of the instrument when a string is plucked or bowed. The LCD display then accurately shows on screen if the open note of the string is sharp, flat, or spot on in tune. If perfectly in tune, the screen shall illuminate green and a needle indicator shall point dead centre, displaying the note in bold. If sharp or flat, the needle will point right or left of the centre respectively, and dictate the intensity of the tuning by pointing far right or far left if vastly out of tune, and move closer to the centre the closer in tune you get. The clip itself has rubber on all contact points to prevent damage to your instrument, and the main head of the tuner is also pivoted to allow you to minimally adjust the angle of the screen.

I'd recommend the Eno Guitar and Ukulele tuner every time . it's a perfect size
tunes digitally , have complete confidence in it , to do the job.
And it costs under ten pounds , now that's value , for such a precision item . Plus so very easy to use .

Got the tuner swiftly. First I used it on my guitar, obviously putting it on guitar mode - it worked fine. But when I tried it on my uke, putting it on ukulele mode(which I had actually bought it for)and it started being a bit odd. It was picking up the notes wrong. I thought it a bit odd, so I reset the tuner. I then tried again, same thing. I then tried it on my guitar again, and it was telling me it was in tune when it most definately was not. I tried my odds by putting it into chromatic mode. It worked fine there, was just odd in the other modes. I have to use it in chrmatic to tune stuff now. Its possible that that was just mine playing up, but you never know. It is only £6 so you can't expect miracles, but I did expect it to work. Wouldn't buy one again.

He was delighted with the tuner. His music teacher was impressed with it too. And I love not listening to a long winded tuning process!!!!!

One of the worst pieces of "tat" I have ever bought, cheap tacky and totally lacking in any accuracy whatsoever! Serious musicians stay away from it and do not rely on it otherwise you will be well out of tune!! Took battery out and its' now gone to the great tuner graveyard in the sky, via my right foot!!!

Not as stable as some makes so I gave it to my young grandson and bought a Snark, as I should have done in the first place.
