I am a young(ish) chronic pain sufferer due to a debilitating disorder. My muscles in my neck and shoulder tighten and spasm frequently because there are problems with the nerve and blood supply. Because I have to take lots of meds including anti-inflammatories I can't use many of the creams available for muscular pain. I love this stuff because I find that within a couple of hours my muscle tension has really eased - great when I get home from work. The only negative is it can stain light clothing and bedding, but it does wash out through a normal cycle.

This is brill, twisted ankle really bad and used this.....heats up and relaxes the area. i really believe it took the pain away and helped reduce bruising.

You dont need heat pads when you use this product as it does the job and better. It is not a cure ofcourse but a few minutes after you have rubbed it in, cover it up and it just feels lovely and very warm. tiger balm
I use it more like decorative item but I used it a couple of time when suffering for bad colds and it help. Strong but effective.

Red or White
Exactly as I remember it from many years ago..however I think the white is the better option if you need a more soothing warmth..

good for aches and pains
after using some of my daughters tiger balm which i found very helpful.I then looked for it on amazon and found this one for sale at a very reasonable price.

Outrageous P&P Charges
If I had checked the P&P costs properly I would have never ordered this item. The P&P was nearly 150% of the cost of the item. Deeply disappointed.

A nice warm feeling.
Has helped with my knee and calf when nothing else did but beware that you remember to wash your hands after applying it or it will warm parts you might not wish to be warmed!

There's nothing really special about this. It's similar to Deep Heat and Ralgex. It's supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties but it's basically just a menthol rub. Read more
