There were some problems with "putting the thing together", and some of the parts could be better made. I have "given up" on the thing that hangs on the side for draining glasses. It just does not work for me. I do use the "cutlery drainer" that also "hangs on the side", but it is not very efficient or stable.

I wanted a two tier draining rack that wouldn't cause me problems with lack of space on a single draining board and also has a facility to hold a lot of items should it be required. This looked like it would suit and it does.

The only downside was that when I put it together (it was fiddly too) at least two of the bolt covering nuts were broken (cheap nasty metal cover snapped off). This means that the fixture bolts are left exposed and potentially you could scratch yourself on the side of the rack if you're not careful (I resolved this by turning the item around so the affected side was towards the wall). Not ideal and of course I could have contacted the company but....it was just before Christmas and the mail crisis was at it's height at the time so I chose not to bother.

The reason for this, it looked good and was cheap & I was in need of a new drainer so ordered it. First one came in a battered box, no instructions and the "chrome patted" was peeling off the majority of it. I emailed the seller a picture and asked for another to be sent and if they wanted to collect the damaged one, they replied saying they would despatch a new one the next day. After a week I got the new one, again in a battered box, no instructions and no screws or bolts!!! So I took the screws and bolts out of the first one to find it stupidly fidly to put together and 3 nuts, 1 bolt and a white plastic screw cover missing!!! I then e-mailed them to say I was utterly disappointed and wanted a full refund and them to collect the products at my convenience. They replied that they would send me the missing screws/bolts etc... I declined the offer and asked for a full refund. They arrange for parcel force to collect the item on a set date (set by the seller) between 9am- 5pm, i stayed in all day with my kids (wasn't too happy about doing it) for no one to turn up! I Then e-mailed them again demanding a full refund within 48 hours or I would go to amazon & trading standards about them. The seller replied saying that I need to give them 48hours to arrange another collection time. A complete joke.
I have now had to pass it over to amazon to deal with.
It may only have been £8.19 but I WILL NOT be ripped off with a pile of junk worth nothing but being thrown in the bin!!!! And will make sure no one else gets ripped off by them too.

I chose this particular product because I have very limited space in my kitchen. This dish drainer saves space and carries a lot, even pots and pans. Tge drip tray is very useful too, as it can slide out and be cleaned easily.

I like this drainer. It's cheap but looks nice and does the job. Having said that, I'd remove the side pieces as they're more of a liability than useful and though a little fiddley to put together due to cheap mass manufacturing problems it's not that annoying, just a bit stiff. Otherwise, it does the job and looks pretty smart!

I wanted a two-tier dish drainer as my fiance and I do tend to play the leave the washing up as long as possible game - it holds a lot of items comfortably and the drip tray means that it doesn't necessarily need to be over the draining board which is good for us as our draining board is very small.

The first item I received was faulty; cracked drip tray, dirty - I actually believe it was sent to me by accident - but when I contacted the seller they were very polite about it and arranged for it to be picked up the next working day. The second item was okay, the nuts/bolts don't all go on very easily as the thread isn't level, but we got them on in the end and are very pleased with it's function, as a whole.
