As parents we sometimes need a change in the way we approach the things that our children do not want think about at the time we would like them to.This book gives lots of different ideas(some old some new)on how to get it all done with as little stress as possible. Some of the ideas you will already know/use but that just adds to the reasurance that you are doing the right things.
