An absolutely beautiful album with poetic lyrics and almost haunting tunes played out on the piano by the brilliant Fiona Apple. She shot to fame in the US, after releasing 'Sleep To Dream' from her debut album, 'Tidal' in 1997 and has since released another album, her sophomore album 'When The Pawn..'

This is a brilliant deal for both albums. These two albums are definitely my most treasured in my collection. She has a realness and honesty to her lyrics and her music to match the mood, whether angry, sad or contemplative so beautifully that it is one to experience...

You'll never hear better lyrics or more poetic on any other album and you'll never hear a woman so clearly express her anger, desires, needs, wants and frustations as she does so beautifully in her words, her sultry expressful bass voice and her piano skills....

It is a must to experience...

These two albums are fantastic, both as good as each other. Fiona Apple has an amazing voice and really makes the most of it singing her own songs. The highlight has to be 'Paperbag' on the album "When the pawn..." - buy them and see!
