Product Description

"Who is the Mole? When Julie Martin discovered a fifty year old love letter, little did she know that it would trigger a chain of events which had its roots in the death throes of Nazi Germany. Revelations in the secret files to which it led, threatened the very foundations of democracy in Britain. The love story of Roger Fretwell and Madeline Colson weaves its magical course through the story and draws together the forces of MI5 and ""The Organisation"", in a struggle for the secret documents kept hidden for nearly fifty years. George Watkinson, head of the secret service is locked in fierce conflict with Detective Alan Mason, ""The Organisation"" front man; he discovers a mole within MI5, but there could be others. Intrigue and murder follow in the wake of a race for supremacy from which only one winner can emerge."

From the Author

"A Ticket to Tewkesbury" will take you on a rollercoaster journey through the length and breadth of England as the plot develops, twists and turns to keep you on your toes throughout the story.

It is a thriller, and there is something for everyone within its pages; romance, murder, mystery, espionage and political intrigue are designed to keep the reader on the edge of the seat. There is none of what we euphemistically call `strong language' and the plot is completely devoid of any sexual references.

For those living in the areas surrounding Tewkesbury, Cleethorpes and Nottingham together with certain areas of London, a number of landmarks will be familiar and this lends the story an interesting structure.

I hope you will find as much pleasure in reading this book as I did in writing it.

A suprising book one thinks is a simple story but develops into a murder mystery that as with all Neal James books is well written and entertaining. No matter what genre you like to read you will enjoy this.

Just couldn't put this one down, and read it over 2 sessions.

How refreshing to find a book completely devoid of bad language and gratuituous violence.

A really good read and looking forward to Mr James' next offering "Two Little Dicky Birds"
