This CD was recorded live and the sound of the tracks are excellent for it!(ie different to a studio recording). It's best played out loud and sit or lie between the speakers if you can. It's designed for you to feel the deep tones of the singing bowls resonating through the body while you focus on each chakra. And you do - the resonance is very powerfully felt and wonderful sensations. If you like the resonating deep sounds of singing bowls, this is it. The music is played on some tracks only, with the bowls, and is flute music played by Christa Michell, the rest are bowls only, sustained through the tracks. But it's also enjoyable on headphones of course! I love this CD and highly recommend it

This CD is amazing. The quality of sound is incredible and creates deep resonance within the mind and throughout the body. As with all things, it may not work for everyone but within minutes of listening to this CD is was relaxed, centred and felt totally alive and aware. I highly recommend this is a back ground to any meditations, self-hypnosis or exactly what it was designed for, to bring focus on and balance to the chakras. Simply do as it tells you on the label, and just allow your mind to be free. :o)

I am going thru so much stress and got this for myself. I play it at least once a day...I live with two teens who shut off my music when I walk out of the room and NOT ONCE has this been shut off. NOT ONCE! I think I am not the only one benefitting from this peaceful healing vibrations on this CD.
I play this when I wake up to get going and when things get chaotic in my home; huge vibe changes instantly! very beautiful! Essential CD. Treat yourself to it. I don't buy many CD's, this one I am so glad to have found.

Though I have heard many chakra cds over the years this one takes the cake so far. The tones are very clean and pure sounding, on key. You will DEFINITELY feel more relaxed, centered and at peace as the songs will sweep your mind free of clutter. This was exactly the kind of quality cd I was looking for! It has 7 chakra songs, a sonic massage song and 7 plain chakra tones. Great for meditation or listening to in the car in hectic traffic.

This C.D. has been the most perfect meditation music I have ever ever heard. It really vibrates through you. Each time I hear it, it takes me some place else. I only listen to it when I am still. jody loyd
