For children of 7 years and above, this exciting adventure with four levels of difficulty is interwoven with learning outcomes that are in line with the UK National Curriculum.
Lady Penelope and Parker have been called in by The Bank of England to test its security system by breaking into the vault. They succeed - but that's just the start of a whole series of thrilling educational 3D adventures.
When they've proved that the security can be breached, a new system is installed but a bank employee gets trapped in the vault. He's running out of oxygen and children join the Thunderbirds in a race against time to rescue him. This leads to three further missions.
Firstly children take control of the FAB 1 Rolls Royce using a map to navigate through the streets of London. They then have to play a logic game to gain access to the vault and, in the higher levels, they must work against the clock.
In the second mission, they join Scott Tracy in Thunderbirds 2. They must steer the ship to London Airport and land it safely.
The third mission sees Virgil and Scott piloting Hoverjets through the old London underground which, in the year 2065, is defunct and unused. Children use a map to navigate the tunnels, avoiding baddies and solving more educational problems.
Thunderbirds - Vault of Doom also includes a multimedia fact file where children can find out about all their favourite Thunderbirds characters and vehicles. There is also a Story Maker feature where they can choose from a collection of over 1,000 images and type in their own story to fit the pictures.
