The box helpfully informs you that Virgil is just 24 years old, was educated at the Denver School of Advanced Technology and is thus an "ideal pilot for Thunderbird 2".
Virgil won't bend at the elbow, knee, wrist or ankle, but he can walk, swing his arms and turn his head, albeit somewhat stiffly. Some of Virgil's accessories are small enough to swallow so the figure is not recommended for children under three.
The overall verdict on Virgil Tracy, the Talking Action Figure? Well, as mentioned, every real Thunderbirds fan should have him. After all, no other action figure has anything to match a Thunderbird's Laser Cutter. (Age 3 and over) --Garreth Griffith
