Scott Tracy is the eldest of the Tracy boys and is the pilot of Thunderbird 1. He served in the US Air force before joining International Rescue. Scott is always the first to arrive at the danger zone where he quickly assesses the situation and decides what equipment will be needed and how the rescue is to proceed. Scott comes complete with Thunder Stun Gun, Communicator and Pistol.
Scott's five phrases are:

My 3 year old son got the Scott action figure for Christmas and it was by far his favourite present. We were amazed at how cheap it was compared to the £25 Buzz Lightyear figure he'd got for his birthady. However, the reason for this became clear 2 days after Christmas when Scott's head fell off! However, a few goes with super glue later and he is almost as good as new (head doesn't turn any more and occasionally falls off) but is still a favourite toy (only beaten by the fantastic Tracy Island which has provided hours of indpendent play fun, best £19.99 ever spent at Woolworths!). Most of his friends who have these figures have lost heads too but it doesn't seem to spoil the joy of the toy.
