Fun for adults and older children, but I'd be dubious letting youngsters near it. The magnet included is VERY strong.
Also, the composition of the putty is suspect. There are iron filings in there to make the putty magnetic, but there also seems to be aluminium filings and, in mine, a lot of stuff that is bright orange! Hopefully, it's non-toxic....

This is the best stuff in the world!!
A lot of people think it's for children, but I'm 20 and i LOVE it!!
It's so fun to put it in weird places and leave it to melt (for instance, over a phone) and when you pick it up, not only have the object stuck in the putty, but have a cool looking mold in the putty afterwards!
Plus, the fact it's magnetic is just awesome, leave it next to a few magnets, go away for a couple of hours, and comeback to find the putty melting all over the table, and find a clump of magnets in the middle!
Don't let the 'melting all over the table' bit put you off - its extremely clean and easy to pick up, it actually probably cleans a lot of dust and crumbs up so you don't have to!

This is vaguely magnetic silly putty. Put the supplied magnet on it and it will draw it inside over the course of half an hour or so. But to draw out a magnetic tendril as shown in the picture would probably take hours, if not days!
