If I had to choose my favorite CD ever, I'd pick this one. It opens up with the rocking 'Dam At Otter Creek', and them bursts open in the incredible 'Selling The Drama'. That track alone would make this a good CD, but no, they continue with hard rockin' songs like 'I Alone' and 'Iris'. Then, at track 5, comes my favorite song ever. Nothing beats 'Lightning Crashes'. There is not one bad song on this record. Every single song has reasons to be the best one on the album. This album will rock your pants off.

You will be amazed by sons like t.b.d. or Stage. Or just carried away with All Over You or Pillar Of Davidson.

This CD is a must-buy. Every serious Rock fan should have this CD. There is simply no excuse.

I am fourteen, and I was only nine when this album came out. but I remember my sisters playing it over and over again. But at the time, I had no clue who was singing it, even that the songs my sisters were playing by the same band. But then I was rummaging through my eldest sister's stuff after she went away to college, and found this. I thought since I liked their new singel A LOT that I would listen to this. To my great surprise and joy, they were the songs I'd had in my head for five years and was wanting so badly. Great CD!!! The best are "All Over You", "S*** Towne", and "Lightning Crashes". "Selling the Drama" has one great message. BUY THIS!!!

Imagine the a cross between REMs "Green" or "Document" and Pearl Jams "Ten" and you're in the zone that Throwing Copper occupies. From the opener 'Dam at Otter Creek' to 'White, discussion' you are treated to intelligent, powerful songs that can't fail to grab you.

Looking at the other reviews, everyone has different views on the standout tracks, but the quality is so high, it almost seems unfair.
For me, the top 3 are..I Alone and Top (both great rockers) and Lightning Crashes (which is simply one of the best songs I've ever heard).

Like so many other have said, if you don't own it, buy it now.

Brilliant album, shocked myself when I played it that I still knew the majority of the words. Glad that Amazon put a smile back on my face with this little gem.

Spiritually Speaking....
