Information shared in the book is backed by great examples from the real world of business. Purchased for a colleague who is very uncomfortable in our chaotic development environment, he comes from manufacturing. One of the only "guru" books I have ever read, but was part of my thinking when I formed my company. Now have two companies listed on the stock market - due to Tom Peters - probably not but may have helped
