Some of the most eye opening and thought provoking information available. It's a handbook, not a novel. The format for the book makes the information easily accessible. Information shared in the book is backed by great examples from the real world of business. Every manager wondering which direction to take a company must read and implement the principles in this book. It's a must read for aspiring supervisors, managers, general managers. Ken Glaser - Manufacturing Manager

This book presents a strategy for meeting the uncertainty of the current competitive markets through creating customer responsiveness, pursuing fast-paced innovation, achieving flexibility by empowering people, learning to work in an environment of change, abandoning conventional wisdom, and the reconceiving of organizational systems. This is a fascinating book that has the distinct and unmistakable quality of Tom Peters' exuberant, jazzy style. Purchased for a colleague who is very uncomfortable in our chaotic development environment, he comes from manufacturing. One of the only "guru" books I have ever read, but was part of my thinking when I formed my company. Now have two companies listed on the stock market - due to Tom Peters - probably not but may have helped
