Disappointed 23 Mar 2008
By E. Chen - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Three-Dimensional Quilling by Jane Jenkins was a disappointment. The book does not have much content and the characters are not that impressive. If you know how to quill then just by seeing a picture you could probably make them without direction. If you are a beginner then this book is not for you. I would suggest Malinda Johnston's book The Book Of Paper Quilling: Techniques & Projects For Paper Filigree or Ms Jenkins' first book. Quilling Techniques and Inspiration or . No disrespect to Ms Jenkins she is an amazing artistbut that is also why I was so disappointed when I opened this book.

I like this book 25 Mar 2008
By Jenn with the papercuts - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
The problem with this book is that it is extremely short. That said, I liked it anyway and I am glad I have it. There are a few patterns in here that are fantastic, my favorite being the wonderfully snobby poodle. A beginner might get more out of this book than the more experienced quiller but even still I would recommend it as a fun source for inspiration.

3-D is wonderful 26 April 2008
By P. J. Dodd - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Using 'quilling' in a 3-D element is truely creative. The instructions are easy to follow. This was not done in the '70s when I learned Quilling. Peggy Ft Lauderdale
