Format:Spiral-bound
This book is in a "page-a-day" format, giving you pearles of wisdom and thoughts for the day. Each one is thought provoking and gives you something to contemplate and meditate on each day. If you have read his bestseller, "Seat of the Soul", you will love this little book as much as I do. Makes a nice gift for someone who is a spiritual seeker.

Having read, highlighted, and reread Gary's book, Seat Of The Soul, several times, I have found this "flip chart" of thoughts and meditations to be a fantastic tool for daily living! I often close it up and randomly open it when I am troubled or feeling frustrated with my healing process, and WOW - the "chosen" passage always is just what I need at the time to sustain me and help me get "unstuck". A few passages get "chosen" too frequently to be coincidental, and many have never come up at all - --Yet! I believe this is one of the ways my Guides and Teachers communicate with me when our transmissions get clouded with some of the chaos of healing! As paradigms shift, the messages make more and more sense and my understanding deepens. Makes a fantastic gift for those seeking support for healing and self empowerment! Thank you Gary Zukav for helping us bring more Love and Light into ourselves and our world!!!

"Thoughts From The Seat of the Soul" is the best book I've read since "The Triumph and the Glory". You HAVE to get yourself a copy of this book and read it. Read it every day, and feel yourself begin to grow spiritually. Gary Zukav has written a life-changing book, take advantage of its wisdom.
