After meeting an NLP practitioner I decided to find out more due to the help I received. It was more by luck than judgement that I chose Way of NLP, however, it provides a thorough outline of NLP explaining States, Submodalities, Chunking (my favourite term), Cues, Behaviour Beliefs etc. etc. The authors have been able to explain the concepts of the above in an understandable (not patronising) language and have given examples of how NLP techniques can be used. I have been able to read and digest the contents of the book and have found myself intelligently discussing different aspects at a level that surprises me - of course I have put NLP into use to help me achive this. It has encouraged me to learn more.
