A great overall view 20 April 2002
Whereas a lot of other beginner books merely go into object based forms of meditation such as bare attention, this book gives you a good range of meditation methods to practise. All of the different types described are very well put over and can be understood by people who are new to meditation, and I recommend it to anyone wanted a good overall entry and for anyone who is presently practising but wishes to branch out.
