when i picked this book up i was thinking....hmm the COVER looks good but i dunno...but anyway my cousin wanted 2 buy it anyway so she did and we decided to take turns.
I UNDERESTIMATED THIS BOOK is all i can tell u!!
DAMN....this book was really good!!..!!....dont worry im not going to tell you what happens!!...
anyway...this Saucy girl is just a shameless girl and she had so many opportunities in life to make it out of the ghetto but she was just so stupid!!...she used her body to get what she wanted...she was a crack addict...she was DUMB....and she used her childhood as an excuse to act the way she did and she was so annoying....i mean there were times when i just wanted to rip up this book cuz of the stupid decisions she made!!...
seems like your average "GHETTO" book huh??...WELL the difference is THIS GIRLS THONG WAS DEFINITELY ON FIRE AND IT BURNT HER ASS!!!
I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS BOOK....it definitely has a meaning!!...The teaches u alot about opportunities and choices and decisions. the only reason i gave it a 4 star was because i hated how it ended.....but most people loved how it ended...i just didnt like it.....i wouldve given it 4 and a half if that existed...apart from the end this is DEFINITELY a FIVE STAR book!!
it is REALLY GOOD!!....A MUST READ!....you WILL love it!!

i read this a while ago and its one of my favourite out of all the books i have. Its about a girl accidnetally named saucy, who makes her way through life using only her assets and what she calls street smarts! well it should be called street stupid, because all she ends up with is a bad reputaion and a truck load of designer clothes, which aren't as great when theres no where to wear them to!every opportunity she gains, she seems to find a new and exciting way to ruin. she uses the fact that she was abused as a child as the reasons behind her behaviour! in the end, her ignorance, vainess and stupidity are her down fall. there is alot of humour along the way, parts that will make you tear up, get angry, and just plain engross you. defiantely worth the reada dn the money! The first page was quite shocking more so i had to read it twice. Saucy has had a rough and abusive childhood from the start. So when she becomes and adult she almost uses her looks and body in the only way she knows how too. I think alot changed from when she lost her uncle who she was very close with. Alcohol and drugs were her way of life along with her sexual encounters. Having had a job in videos as a dancer she meant up with a guy Called Free. He was different from all the others and i feel she would have rather had someone to abuse her sexually as she was accustom to that and not be so nice. Saucy was very very all about labels and must had to have the best.
Free is a well respected guy and treats her very well. Basically thing go wrong and she gets what she deserves and more. It was almost predicable but a good read with an unexpected ending.
