I had previously purchased Philips modules that claim to be able to do the same as this product.
Let me tell you folks, this is the BEST 20 QUID YOU WILL EVER SPEND !!.
Absolutely simple to install, cables for every eventuality are supplied with these very attractive units.
The transmitter and receiver are only 5" x 4" approx and about 1 1/2 " deep, aesthetically nice to look at, bright blue LED to indicate that they are working.
Ours is rigged up to the sky plus box. Cabling connects the second scart socket(marked dvd/vcr on the box) from the sky box to the s-video input on the transmitter. Upstairs, the receiver connects to the scart input on the telly via the red/white/yellow plugs on the back of the receiver (don;t worry, again , all cables supplied.
Simply plug them in, and switch on. absolutely brilliant.
4 channels to select from on the receiver and transmitter to ensure that your signal is really good for both video and audio.

Best Best Best thing ever though...............these units work with sky+remote.

Take your remote upstairs with you and you have unrestricted and full functionallity of your sky plus set up from the comfort of your own bed.

Don;t look for any other product if this is the solution you seek.

Obviously there are other devices [Such as the Philips SLV3220/05] doing a similar job to this that can be found Amazon, and around seventy pounds. The reviews for that particular model are mixed, and my review for this product is that it's fabulous!

The description is a bit vague, but this will pick up and DVD Players, a Pace Sky + box and a Freeview box. It can also pick up remote signals, but not that of Sky. On the 'send' box [which would be the box that'd be next to the Sky Box, Freeview Box, DVD etc] there are 2 S-Video [S-Video to Scart leads supplied!] ports for plugging in the device, and another plug to put in the remote control device. At the receiving box [2nd TV end] there are 3 phono jacks and a lead [red/yellow/white] to plug onto a scart lead attachment.

Forget �70.00, go for this one at only �20.00; my sender goes through two walls and a floor and works fab!

I bought this item due to the glowing report it had gotten from another buyer.
I am glad i did, in fact i bought two. Set up took about half hour for two other tv's it comes with all you need to plug it in no further cables necessary.

I am getting great pictures from my satellite to a tv upstairs and one in the office. Sound is also good. I can turn it over from the receivers as well. i am looking forward to trying it with my other units dvd video etc.
As per the other review it does what it says on the box and is as good as other more expensive makes that i have had experience with.
I would recommend this product. Also worth mentioning Amazon speedy delivery got it to me next morning. very happy customer here.. :-)
