Really quick service, excelent item. Worked immediately with Ubuntu where previous dongles have not been recognised (or more accurately the WEP key insertion hasn't worked)

Exceptional Quality & Value, but you need download the correct Sagem Windows drivers online for it to work properly.
Otherwise no problems. Superb INSTANT & BRILLIANT reception.

old and non working item delivered 18 Aug 2010

Received it very quickly but looked like a very old and used adapter. Also none of my laptop/desktop recognized it. No instructions or driver cd availed. I had to request a return to the seller.

Once you downloaded the driver everything is easy. Only thing i am disappointed with.... doesnt pick up the BT HomeHub - only can connect to BT Fon. Read more
