Excellent - Mighty Mac was as expected - My son wanted a Take Along Mighty Mac and I applied on line. My only concern was that there was no mention in the description of it being a diecast model. I guessed it was, but I would have been annoyed if it was the wooden version. All turned out ok.

Take Along trains are definitely the way to go - kids love the magnets and the feel of the diecast metal. It doesn't matter how rough my son is, nothing has ever broken off one and I've bought loads second-hand as well and the same goes for them: the paint chips with rough use but that's it and little boys don't care about that.
