This track is suitable for Thomas Take-n-Play Playsets. It's quick and easy to use and expands and connects playsets together. My three year old son loves it!

We have one of the Take-n-Play sets and wanted some track to extend it. It does just that and clips together well. It also generally withstands a toddler knocking into it without coming apart as readily as a wooden track.

This kit was bought to supplement the small layout I got for my great-nephew earlier in the year. He has become frustrated that it "only goes in circles!" so this is the ideal answer. It means that he can now explore different layouts and he's having a lot of fun with it. It's just the right size for 2 [now 3] year old fingers to manage. All in all a good buy.
