If you are familiar with Thelwell, then you will know how funny he can be - if you are not then you don't know what you are missing!!! This is the indispensable giude (?) to house buying, presented in a style that only Thelwell is capable of. Join the surveyor as he goes through the property...in about 3 seconds!!! and learn what the estate agent really means when he says "The key is with the neighbour opposite". The book is hilariously funny and wll make an excellent addition to your collection. If you don't have a collection of Thelwell, then start it with this one...you won't be disappointed!
