Product Description

Having a few extra hours sleep in the morning during the week or on the weekend is oh so relaxing, but there are consequences. You could be late for work so often you get the sack, cannot pay your mortgage, and have to live on the streets. Or you could miss your Sunday morning footy game with the lads and not score that amazing goal that makes you a legend for life. This is why you need the brilliant flying alarm clock, that will keep you off the streets and ensure you live life to the fullest. So, what sets this alarm clock apart from your normal alarm that you can simply set the snooze time for 1 hour? Well, for a start when the alarm goes off, the top propeller driven rotor starts to spin and flies off into the air landing on the other side of your bedroom. The alarm is like a siren and WILL wake you up. The best bit is that the siren will not stop until you retrieve the top propeller and slot it back into the alarm clock. The Flying Alarm Clock is an ideal gift for anyone who's incapable of getting up in the morning, or if that description applies to you then buy this as a gift to yourself and stop sleeping in and get the most out of life!

it is so much fun! the noise of it wakes you up and then you have to find the propellor and by the time you have you are too awake to go back to sleep! it works well!

4.0 out of 5 stars Confusing at first, 26 July 2010

I was concerned at some reviews saying that this doesn't work.
We open the box, set the alarm, the time comes, nothing happens - oh no!
Then we find that we need to add another battery, although the clock was working the flying bit wasn't. Possibly a design flaw - it confused us at least - but it's working now.
All in all the product seems fine, an alarm sounds, the thing flies. All as expected once we put the batteries in!

4.0 out of 5 stars Flying Alarm Clock, 8 Dec 2009

Good price and product is exactly as described. When alarm goes off the helicopter flies off and the alarm keeps sounding until you find it and put it back on top of the base unit. Makes it a bit harder to stay asleep, so it does the job - and it's quite amusing too (unless you really don't want to get up !)
