A great selection of short stories - all different but all entertaining. The short story is a declining medium that shouldn't be allowed to disappear. This anthology of ghost stories is an entertaining example of this mode of writing and why more short stories should be written and read. If you only have a few minutes to spare to read then picking this anthology will be perfect for you.

The nights are drawing in, it's time to curl up with a good book and boy have I found it. Things That Go Bump in the Night is a fantastic read. It made me shiver and it's no good for my electricity bill (don't want any dark corners in the house)! There's something for everyone here, all sorts of different stories to enjoy. The only thing they have in common is they all make you switch the lights on. When is the next book from The Write Place available?

The Title seemed an appropriate one to choose as it was Hallowe'een yesterday. I downloaded it meaning to read it later but once I started to read was unable to put it down. The Spirit world was with me as I read the delightly varied stories in the Anthology and it remained with me long after I stopped reading so that I half expected to meet a ghost as I moved round the house. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book.
