Informative read,
This review is from: 50 Things You Can Do To Manage IBS (Paperback)
As an IBS sufferer myself,I was keen to read as much as possible on the subject so that I could more fully understand and learn how to try and control this condition. I was very impressed with this affordable book. It contains everything you need to know about IBS, i.e., causes, symptoms, relief and treatment, dietary information and much, much more. It is very well written; easy to read and I learnt an awful lot - I would highly recommend this book.

50 THINGS YOU CAN DO TODAY TO MANAGE IBS,
This review is from: 50 Things You Can Do To Manage IBS (Paperback)
I found this book to be very informative, well written and easy to understand. The book is very helpful with good advice about changing diet and restoring good bacteria back into the digestive system. There is much good advice about the way stress affects IBS and lists several remedies and complementary Therapies that one can try as well as some really tasty recipes to cook.

50 confusing facts!,

This review is from: 50 Things You Can Do To Manage IBS (Paperback)
I bought this book to try and get some further details on what I could and could not eat with IBS, but after reading it, it left me more confused. The foods and drinks listed are more or less the same for what you should and should not eat or drink. The 'facts' contradict themselves and what I have been recently told by a Professor on stomach disorders is quite frankly totally different to this book. Well written and laid out, but very confusing. It's trial and error, because everyone IBS has different triggers.
