I'm passionate about health and believe that we can all become healthier by taking more responsibility for our own wellbeing e.g. by eating well, taking regular exercise and managing stress.

Whilst completing a degree in health studies I studied health from all angles - including the psychological, biological, nutritional and social factors that affect our wellbeing. As a result, all of my books cover their topic holistically, with suggestions on how to overcome health issues through diet, supplements, exercise, psychological techniques and DIY complementary therapies.

I believe that a healthy lifestyle needn't involve depriving yourself of your favourite foods, or following a punishing exercise regime; making small, but long-term, tweaks to your diet and lifestyle can lead to huge improvements in your health. I am the author of fourteen books about healthy living and have been running a health project for the Deaf community for almost eight years.
