Really impressed with this book addressing all those questions you are not sure about when faced with the trauma of house selling or buying.
Clearly written and the GANTT Chart is really helpful in setting out the stages.
Have only used it for trying to sell the house so far and so we are waiting and hoping! If lucky we will be able to see how the buying sections help us.
Always useful to have lying on the coffee table when the Estate Agents come calling ;-)
